French

Learning another language fosters children’s curiosity and deepens their understanding of the world. We have chosen to study French and British sign language to meet the needs of our diverse community. Each unit will cover elements of the progression concepts which are to read, write, speak and understand the culture of the countries and communities in which the language is spoken.

British Sign Language (BSL)

As a school, we believe it is important to be inclusive member of society. To this end, children take part in British Sign Language lessons to develop an inclusive environment for everybody.
