School News

Glitz & Glamour Evening

An evening for the ladies is being organised at the Village Institute on 24th March and half of the profits are being donated to the school. Please support this event and contact the school for more information.

Drama Club

Miss Langan is starting a drama club after school next Tuesday for Class 2 & 3 pupils, places are limited and a letter will be sent home tonight.

Lunchtime Supervisor Vacancy

We have got a vacancy for a lunchtime supervisor 12-1pm every day during term time. If you are interested please contact the school office before Wednesday 31st January.

PE Kits

Please ensure that all pupils have got their full PE/Games kits in school every Wednesday and Friday.

Parking

We have received several complaints about the parking outside school especially along the road adjacent to the school field.  Do not obstruct the pavement with vehicles—people are having to walk on the muddy grass or in the road as it is sometimes very difficult to walk along the pavement. Please park on the Village Institute car park.

Clothing Collection

The next collection of clothing, shoes, handbags etc. will be on Tuesday 6th February. Bags have been sent home so please start filling them and if you need any more bags please contact the school office.

Shopping

Remember when shopping online to first visit the website www.easyfundraising.org.uk and then select your online stores e.g. Amazon, eBay, funds are then raised for FACES.
